7th African Coffee Symposium: African Continental Free Trade Area (ACFTA): A key factor in the transformation of the African coffee value chain and its impact on improving local consumption.
The Inter African Coffee Organisation (IACO) has the honour to invite its Member States to its 2018 Annual Meetings, including the 6th African Coffee Symposium and the 58th Annual General Assembly to be held in Libreville , Nairobi, from 25 November to 29 November 2019 as indicated in the attached provisional programme.
The General Secretariat would appreciate if Member States could communicate the composition of their delegations.
Participants are requested to register at the IACO Desk upon arrival in Yaoundé. However, to expedite the process, provision has been made for registration on the IACO Website (http://coffeekenya.org/iaco-2019/) and Delegates are encouraged to use this option.
Reports of the Technical Committees will be sent to Delegates by email prior to the opening of the meetings. However, hard copies will be given to each Delegate, (three (3) per Member Country), on arrival.
Participants programmed to deliver speeches or make presentations are advised to provide copies (hard and soft) of their documents to the IACO Secretariat for the Interpreters and Delegates.
List of hotels
The list of selected hotels with rates (in the vicinity of the conference venue) will be sent in due course. Delegates are advised to make early reservations to avoid unpleasant surprises.
